Do I have to sign a contract?

There are no commitments, contracts, or cancellation fees with any of our programs. We believe in keeping our members with superior products, great customer service, and by not trapping them with penalties.

What are your payment plans?

It is our goal to provide you with the most convenient service possible. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard, or American Express) and will charge you within one business day.

Can I change or cancel visits?

If you need to change your service for any reason, please contact us by 3pm the day before you’re scheduled. Any changes received after 3pm may not be made on the next day. If our crew is stopped from mowing when they arrive at your home you will still be charged for the service.

Problems with my service?

If there’s anything you’re not happy with, just contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly send our crews back to correct any reasonable problems you may have at no additional charge. If you contact us after 24 hours, we will be sure to correct the problem at the next service.

How do you handle locked gates?

Remember to keep your gate unlocked for us on your scheduled service day. We recommend combination locks to make getting into your backyard as easy as possible for you, and are happy to provide one free of charge.

Are the tradespeople specialized?

Each service we offer is taken care of by our specialists, each with their own field of expertise. Your home will be serviced by lawn care professionals, TDA licensed pest control experts, and state-certified arborists.

Is Chorbie worth the price?

There are lots of key benefits to choosing Chorbie: You can access our client portal 24/7 to review invoices or update payment information. You always have a dedicated Customer Care Advocate to assist you with any of your needs. We have high-quality standards with our team of specialized tradespeople. We also offer military, first responder, and bundled discounts.

Can’t I just do it myself?

We often see a problem in the lawn or property before our clients do. Good, sound advice from one of our experts can save you serious time and money. Keep in mind that we don’t use contracts or cancel fees for any of our programs, so you only keep us while you see the benefits of having a team of licensed experts caring for your property.
