Terms of Service

Chorbie, LLC is a licensed and insured company. Our Terms of Service govern all services performed by Chorbie. By becoming a client of Chorbie, all service recipients agree to Chorbie’s policies and guidelines.

Service Limitations. Not all services are available in all areas. Chorbie personnel can assist in determining if a property can receive the requested service.

Services. We will provide the services requested by the client in a timely manner. For recurring services, schedules are created to provide maximum performance. Unless requested, Chorbie will not notify clients before a service is conducted. Due to uncontrollable conditions (weather, traffic, and other acts of God), Chorbie cannot specify an exact service time. We reserve the right to reschedule services and notify the client about the change. Clients reserve the right to pause or cancel any upcoming services. Chorbie will place the date of all services on all invoices.

Workmanship Guarantee. Unless otherwise stated, clients have 48 hours to report any problems with a service, including damages. After 48 hours, the client approves of Chorbie’s workmanship. If there is a service issue, Chorbie will work with the client to refund, credit, or schedule a service call.

Client Responsibilities. Clients do not need to be present at the time of service. Clients must give Chorbie access to all areas of the property on the day of service. Clients authorize Chorbie and their subcontractors to be on the property on the day of service between sunrise and sunset. All pets must be restrained from interacting with Chorbie or its subcontractors. Service areas must be accessible and free of obstructions. Chorbie will not move significant obstacles, including, but not limited to, trampolines.

Payments. Recipients of service must have a valid and active payment method on file with Chorbie. Chorbie accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Chorbie reserves to cancel or stop services if a valid payment method is not on file. Furthermore, Chorbie has the right to cancel or pause all services and clients with outstanding invoices if payment is not received in a timely manner.

Invoices. Unless other arrangements are made, service recipients will be invoiced for all completed services the day after a service is performed. Invoices will be due upon receipt. By signing with Chorbie, clients authorize Chorbie to charge the payment method on file to pay for any and all outstanding invoices. Chorbie will not send or email invoices, except upon request. Chorbie will give clients access to an online portal to view all invoices. The client must report any issues with an invoice with 7 business days to Chorbie’s office staff.

Price Increases. Upon occasion, Chorbie may increase the price of any and all services. Chorbie will reach out via email to all clients affected by a price increase.

Terminations. Chorbie and the client both reserve the right to cancel any and all services at any time. The client understands that canceling a service within 24 hours of a scheduled service may not be canceled and will be held financially obligated to pay for the service. The client is responsible for paying all outstanding invoices, even after withdrawing service(s) or account(s).

Changes to the Terms of Service. The Terms of Service may be changed or modified by Chorbie or a client at any time. All changes must be in writing and sent to both the client and Chorbie.
