Things We Love About Fort Worth,

 Texas

The city of Fort Worth is known by many people not only in Texas but across the entire United States. It’s among the most populated cities sitting at the 5th largest in this state and ranks as the 12th largest in the entire country. It shouldn’t surprise you that the population as of now is around 910,000 people and counting constantly. With that many people, the city takes up a lot of land too. In total it ends up coming out to around 355 square miles with about eight of those miles being water. Additionally, it spans four counties which are Tarrant County, Denton County, Parker County, and Wise County. The city was originally founded in the year 1849 as an army outpost used to overlook the close by Trinity River. Another big piece of Fort Worth’s history is how it has almost always been known for its Texas Longhorn cattle trade. Even to this day, there’s a strong Western architecture there with a lot of the culture to back it. It really does make for a once-in-a-lifetime experience to go and enjoy! Everything you could possibly ask for is here too as well. From your always devoted police department, fire department, and EMS services, to community centers, convention centers, fine foods, and all kinds of sights to see. Education is top tier here too no matter the grade level. One college that does stick out for its athletics in the area is TCU as many people have already heard of. The city council and city manager are in tune with the community and always striving for the best. If any city has gotten the formula down, it’s Fort Worth, and a trip through there sometime will really show you!
